Hi, I'm Sofia
I didn't start out in small business. I started in aerospace.
As a systems engineer at Pratt & Whitney and GE Aviation, I worked on systems for jet engines, where failure isn't an option. That's where I learned the rule I still live by: you don't hope a system works. You design it so it can't quietly fail.
After earning my MBA, I moved into operations, working across a portfolio of companies. That's where I fell in love with small business. The owners I met were brilliant, scrappy, and many were exhausted. Their businesses weren't stuck because they weren't working hard enough. They were stuck because cash, pricing, and processes all lived in the owner's head.
Today I also own a franchise, so I live this every day. I know what payroll week feels like. I know what it's like to be the one everybody needs.
That's why I do this work: to give small business owners the clarity and systems bigger companies take for granted, in plain language and always with your cash flow in mind.
